crazy for you, my fairyland-dragon river

the scenery spot-----dragon river in yangshuo is a new-built one which is visited since these three years. one of the most important problems is the poor transportation which is also vital to remain the most natural scenery: transparent river that is not polluted at all, the fact of chicken’s singing and barking can heard everywhere, and the picture that little children running behind the visitors and shouting “hello”

so it set off a rush to go there, but there are still no bus permitted to go across to most of the reaches of the river in the spot. walking, riding a bike, bamboo drafting are available for visiting.

visitors who come from all quarters rush to this quiet small river just looking for experiencing its reality. as it will be flooding on may or june in guilin and yangshuo, and there were several persons killed by this small river, the government has to stop the drafting of raft and the enter of visitors. however, the visitors’ enthusiasm were more violent than the flood, the government had no idea but imposed a tax(or we call it “tax on each person”) on every bamboo raft. so the people can draft on the dragon river easily again. dragon river draft has become a new super focal point of budget travel in china.
